About West Colfax Community Association
The West Colfax Community Association is an organization dedicated to serving the interests of its West Colfax Corridor constituency, including property owners, businesses, residents, local area neighborhood associations, schools, and non-profits. WCCA plays an important role in the development and re-development of West Colfax Avenue. We are excited to be a supportive partner with the Lakewood-West Colfax BID Association, with whom we share office space at 7125 West Colfax Avenue. Together we are working to support the district formation process and the BID programs designed to create and sustain a reinvigorated public image and attract new customers, new investment, and new businesses to the district.
WCCA meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month on The Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design campus located at 1600 Pierce Street. Arrive by 7:15am -- meetings begin promptly at 7:30am and adjourn no later than 9am.

Annual Member Dues:
Individual Member: $25
Small Business: 1-10 employees - $50
Med. Business: 11-25 employees - $100
Lg. Business: 26-50 employees - $200
Corporate Level (51+ employees - $500
